Planning answers

What to know before valet service begins

The address and arrival pattern matter more than a generic guest count. These are the questions we use to shape an event plan.

What details are needed for a quote?

Share the service address, event date, operating window, estimated number of vehicles, guest entrance, and available parking areas. Approximate figures are enough for the first review.

How is valet staffing determined?

Staffing depends on vehicle volume, the concentration of arrivals, the distance to parking, driveway or curb capacity, and the expected departure pattern. A longer retrieval route can require more attendants even when two events have the same guest count.

What happens during a site inspection?

The review identifies the drop-off point, key station, attendant path, approved parking supply, lighting, pedestrian conflicts, and the safest way to keep arrivals and departures moving.
